Client Accomplishments

Client Steve G. walked 300 ft with arm crutches for the first
time! If you missed the updated Q13 Fox News story, watch it here. Steve has been
working so hard and we are very proud of him!
Support Service Center Update
For 5 years now our clients and their families have spoken,
shared ideas, and given insight to others... and we have
listened. Now this information will be available to our entire
community. Information included in this center will be medical
and research information, transportation options, financial
planning/resources, education, support group lists, and the list
goes on. The Support Service Center will ensure our goal of
giving everyone in our community support through strategic
networks and partnerships is met.
But this program is far from complete. In order to keep the
information up to date and relevant to the community we serve, we
need your help. Volunteering to gather just one small topic
in this support center will ensure that everyone will feel they
have somewhere to turn. To learn more about volunteer
positions in the Support Services please clickhere.
Welcome Loa Griesbach!
We are thrilled to introduce Loa Griesbach as the new
volunteer Community Outreach and Education Services Coordinator.
Loa will be working to help spread the word about Pushing
Boundaries in our community!
If you would like Pushing Boundaries to come and speak at your
event please contact Loa at: loa@pushing-boundaries.org. Loa and the
community outreach team would like you to get involved, to find
out how please click here.

Welcome Our New Exercise
Therapist!
|
|
Aaron Urquidez, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT
Aaron graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Cal-Poly Tech
and holds national certifications with both the National Strength
and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports
Medicine.
For the past five years, Aaron has worked exclusively within the
Physical Therapy rehabilitation environment and is excited to
bring his expertise to Pushing Boundaries. As a Physical
Therapy Technician, his interests lie in functional training and
his goal is to be a positive, motivating, and critical member of
our team.
Aaron enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and camping with his wife
and two dogs, so moving to the Northwest from California is a
dream come true. Welcome to the team Aaron!
